Ordered too small blanket so I wanted to exchange for bigger one. Great customer service. And also, the wool blanket is warm and cosy.

The "referral" thing is broken; referring a friend does not let them get the advertised 20% discount.

Every step of the way the Zizzz team *** in particular were so very helpful checking with me and keeping me informed.

I have tried many duvets. I can say that this is "a dream that came true"! My husband and I never agreed on the weight and heat of our duvet. Now, we both sleep in perfect conditions. Thin, light, does not crackle at all. Just perfect!
