The product was by far the cheapest on your website. But I did struggle to get the required information in spite of writing an email and calling tech help three times.
The product description was more detailed than any other websites but there were some missing details which were almost addressed by using the product filter/selection tool that allowed me to check compatibility - but this wonderfully useful feature is ** deep into the website and therefore wasn’t easy to find. This should be accessible from the product page itself to lead the customer through this compatibility check.
The delivery was fantastic- quick and efficient, exactly as promised. Overall a very good experience but the tech support was not helpful and I had to resort to calling Winkhaus technical support who were fantastic.

Everything went smoothly. Yes I would recommend Llockshop to others.
