The order procedure was fine. I was unhappy with the product received.

I was expecting a brass plate to cover the lock which would match the keep. The brass plate was covered with grey plastic and didn't match the keep, which itself didn't look like brass. It had a very plastic look about it, though it was not plastic.
I returned the lock and was sent out a replacement. That happened quite quickly, so that was good, but the same as the above applied to the second lock.

No-one at ** will have looked at the replacement as it was sent out by LSD's own supplier.

I have now purchased a lock from another supplier, so the one I received from LSD is now redundant.
