1 e mail apologising for the delay Still waiting for a delivery
No I would not recommend this food company
As I placed my order June 4th and have yet to receive it on June 10th, have any confirmation of its despatch for delivery or any explanation for the delay in despatch. That might be a good place to start.

So far very pleased but haven't experienced the whole order/delivery cycle yet. Yes would recommend others. I have a soft spot for your company because I loved your Soho shop for so many years.
normally I would give a higher rating but on this occasion there was a number of items I wanted out of stock on the website and then I got an e.mail to say another two things were also out of stock. When my order arrived another item was missing and either wrongly picked or just replaced with more pasta which I don't really need

Product was delivered speedily and well packed. Good communication with Seller as delivery address needed to be changed. Thank you!

It be great if you had a service where if an item is out of stock you notified the customer via email when to say its back in stock so we can place an order rather than the customer to call and request the information
