The website is now painful to navigate; fine if you know precisely what you want - and it's still available - but useless for browsing unless the user is willing to spend a lot of time on it and has a rough idea of what s/he is looking for. That will certainly deter spontaneous 'that looks interesting' purchases or, as in my case, wanting to see if something is available to add to what I was buying. The filtering is poor and there is no incentive to browse anymore as endless scrolling is just tiresome.
Separately, the 'box' option has gone so I bought half the amount I would have previously. That might mean I just come back in half the time of course, but that will be balanced against the inconvenience of having to be around to take a delivery so who knows.

a terrific service as always. I do think you need to sometimes offer a slighter ** range of some products. The panforte comes in small little discs whereas in most shops you can buy quite large ones. The wine also is a small selection - no dessert wines which would have been lovely at Easter, but these are small ** in an otherwise great company. thank you.
