I am very disappointed with the overall experience. The order process itself was straightforward, but the delivery and customer support afterwards have been poor.

My parcel was marked as delivered, but it was not delivered to my address, and no one in my household received it. I raised this issue on 2 July, but I still have not received clear confirmation of a refund or replacement.

This is extremely unfair, as I have paid for an item that I have never received. I also have concerns that the parcel, which would have included my full name and address, may have been delivered to someone else.

The main areas for improvement are delivery checks, proof of delivery, communication with customers, and resolving complaints more quickly. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the service to others.

Item arrived damaged, nothing was done about this and the other item wasn't even sent,contacted them and they have said they will send out the missing item
