Finding your site was very easy and the person who answered my call could not have been more helpful. It arrived the next day as promised. I have not set it up yet, but the directions for that look pretty good too. I'm looking forward to having it in place. *** .

There were problems with this order but we believe them to have been entirely the responsibility of a third party (courier).

esafes's staff demonstrated a text book example of how good customer service works. We were keep informed at all times and very fast. One email sent late in the day was answered before 0800 the next. This level of service gave us great confidence and although we are unlikely to need another safe, we will most certainly mainly recommend safes to friends and associates.
