Do not use this company. I ordered RayBans 4 weeks ago and they have not turned up. Tried to contact them 4 times and had no response. ***!

The website said the item would be with me in 24hrs and it’s been 5 days. I sent a email before the item was dispatched to cancel due to the item on the section of “my orders” on my account now advising a different delivery time - this was ignored and now the item is arriving on Monday and I will have to send it back - not a great experience

Website is great but still waiting for sunglasses

My recent order has still not arrived even though I order over 3 weeks ago! I have emailed twice and had no reply. Absolutely shocking service with no communication. Email me now please!!!!!

Not satisfied,I have not received any tracking information,I have had 2 customer support emails ignored regarding the whereabouts of my order.All I have received is this feedback email.

This is by far the worst customer service and delivery ever. I ordered a sunglasses a month ago (was supposed to be a Valentine gift) and still have not received it, and not even able to track it. They ruined my surprise and I sent more than three messages to their website and email address and have not received any response.

While the glasses arrived completely unharmed, the packaging was messy and looked vulnerable. I would suggest improving the customer experience by providing quality packaging that still looks good upon delivery.

The glasses purchased were not cheap and it would’ve been better to have had nicer packaging.

Arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered!! Very happy
