Very poor service, items ordered showing that they are in stock but in fact they weren't in stock and they don't even bother to inform customer. After 2 weeks of chasing they have eventually replied to the email stating that they haven't got what we have ordered and offered item in different colour and not branded , we have ordered Tuff and they shipped some Chinese unbranded lifting platforms. Price was good though and that's the only positive.
