Product 5 way wall mounted cycle rack.
Easy to order on line , good communication up to the point of dispatch, but no notification of delivery date, despite 2 phone numbers, email etc. Had to arrange 2nd delivery from couriers. Luckily not too much of a problem. Product was very good.

Nothing wrong with bins but your admin pricedures could tighten up
I received an invoice for the bins although I had paid on line.This meant I had to make a protracted phone call to clarify why an invoice had been issued.
I am afrai the answer “it is for your vat system” clearly did not impress me as I am a private buyer ( which was indicated on your on line form) and there was no evidence of payment written on your invoice,which prompted me to ring in the first place.
This took time and caused me unnecessary stress.

As most of our customers are business to business a VAT invoice is always sent on despatch of the goods, as required for VAT records. Sold as "in-stock" but delivery was very late and I had to chase 3 times to get any action at all. Very dissatisfied with the service and will never use them again.
