Ordering my wheelie bin was straight forward and communication was very good. There was a slight delay in delivery caused my a computer error but was quickly resolved and the item purchased was then delivered promptly and safely.
What I ask as a customer is that you do what you say you are going to do and what we have agreed. All those points were covered with this purchase. Many thanks.

Ordered late in day and as they were having email confirmation issues so I called them. The lady was so helpful. The item had already gone out. These guys are brilliant. I got my bin the next day. Thank guys I really appreciate it. The bin is great by the way.

No communication - email confirmation or other - whatsoever after placing the order. Part of it then appeared with no warning a week later. Finally received a projected delivery date (11 days after ordering) of "within 3 days" this Monday. It is now Friday (4 days later) and no sign of anything arriving. No further advice, either. Most businesses nowadays give regular updates and seem to be able to advise to within an hour or when a delivery will happen. Why can you not do the same? Really less than impressed, sorry.
