The service offered and provided by *** and the team at Wheelers is second to none. They take time to explain options for various products; for items that have to be ordered in, they give accurate timelines, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
It's unusual to have a bricks-and-mortar store nowadays; this, I feel, is particularly important. When purchasing luxury gifts, and especially for yourself, items like a pen need to be viewed in person - not on a marketing reel.
