Excellent delivery and online chat - very good prices, however I asked if there were any further discounts and was told there weren’t any. However, I signed up for a mailing list and got 10% off - something that I could have been told about upfront and gave me an easy opportunity to look for competitor products.

Ordered just the Radley bag I needed and at a very good price. Shipping was delayed because of the Bank holiday weekend but that had no impact on use. Item was packed very well.
