Very disappointing experience with Wecasa. I booked a deep cleaning expecting the property to be properly cleaned, but the service was nowhere near what I paid for.

The cleaner spent 7 hours at my property and only completed two bathrooms and the kitchen. He also took several smoking and personal breaks and was working extremely slowly. From the beginning, he was saying that he would not be able to finish everything.

He also repeatedly commented that the house was messy. However, that is exactly why I booked a deep-cleaning service — the whole purpose was to have a messy property thoroughly cleaned.

After 7 hours, having only two bathrooms and a kitchen completed simply does not make sense for a professional deep-cleaning service. I am very dissatisfied with the service and the amount of work actually completed.

I have raised the issue with Wecasa and am requesting a proper refund. I would not recommend booking a deep clean through Wecasa based on this experience.
