Terrible business. Visual-click said I could return some contact lenses that were too weak. They emailed me saying it was okay to mail them after the usual 14 day limit. I spent $74 on shipping, but then visual-click didn’t accept my return and blamed it on me, saying I was past the 14 days. They lied, they’d told me they would process my return past the 14 days. They encouraged me to pay high return shipping costs, and I never got my package back. I lost over $400. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I returned the glasses within the 14 day refund period and have tracking proof of attempted delivery to the required return address. No-one was there to receive the glasses. I have tried to contact 4 times now by email, phone, chat. No response, no update and no refund. It is totally unacceptable to go quiet and not respond. Please resolve immediately.

HI there. These glasses arrived much later than advertised, and I Only found out because I sent you an email. Very poor communication. I also asked for an invoice in ** dollars (the currency I paid in), this has not been sent to me.
