We hired 2 cars, they took a £*** deposit for each car plus a fuel deposit. After weeks of chasing them we got the full amount back on one car and then eventually got back £***on the 2nd car with absolutely no explanation. We have tried to get answers via emails, chats etc but to no avail. There was absolutely no reason for the deduction as the car was returned in the same condition as it was received

When I returned the car, the employee at the office told me that in 2-4 days I would have had the security deposit back. After a week I started to phone, send mail messages, chat with a bot, but nobody knew why I hadn't received my money yet. It took a month to obtain my money back! And I obtained it only because of my complaining and because I had videos and picture taken when I returned the car! Very incorrect! And it wasn't DiscoverCars fault, because my money was taken by Victoria.

Car was delivered directly at our "doorstep" in Albir and picked up the same place as promised. The Open Mocca we chose was very clean and in mint condition. It also had Apple Car Play so we could connect the iPhone to play music and navigate easily using Apple Maps.

Pick up of the car and return very quick and without any problems! Staff very helpful and nice. Car was clean and there were no technical issues. Return of the fuel deposit also processed on the next day. Highly recommend!

Overall a very positive experience. Clean car, pleasant staff, easy access from the coastal road. The car was a very reasonable price with a full to full fuel contract. The only negative was the 40 minute wait for the minibus to arrive at the airport to take us to the car hire site.I tried telephoning several times but no one replied before the phone went dead. But all turned out well in the end.
