My main feedback is with packaging and delivery.
When ordering hot chocolate, we've had issues with products arriving damaged and in this particular case, hot chocolate powder everywhere inside their boxes. This seems to be down to bad packing (hot chocolate is always packed in bubble wrap, but then placed in a box that are too big) and transportation (boxes arrive dented and out of shape, most likely down to bad handling in transit). That said, whenever we've had these issues, its been dealt with very quickly in the forms of credit notes and replacements (that tend to arrive quuickly, in fairness).

Delivered in sturdy packaging, easy to store, Didn't need to use the customer support, however I feel if I did the support would have been as good as their products.

Totally satisfied with the ordering process and the quality of beans purchased, we only use Verde as they are a brilliant supplier, only comment is that the 15% loyalty bonus isn’t applied if you buy more than the free shipping limit, it should be offered as a regular customer and that free shipping should be added if quantity or value exceed the amount set

I bought a reconditioned machine 6 months ago have had problems they recommended I use a different milk I called an independent engineer and he told me the machine had had the safety valve changed (serviced )not reconditioned,as a beginner in the trade I didn't know what to expect that's why I bought reconditioned have since bought a fracino and it's a lovely machine
Can't fault their hot chocolate very nice can't comment on the coffee because when I tried it I didn't realise the machine I bought off them was faulty ( heating elements and water pump faulty )so wasn't making decent coffee
