The delivery costs are way too high at over £*** for a one kilo bag. Sadly the coffee didn't compare favourably with the Mexico Oaxaca Decaf I've had elsewhere. Lacking in flavour. I won't be buying from Verde again.

My main feedback is with packaging and delivery.
When ordering hot chocolate, we've had issues with products arriving damaged and in this particular case, hot chocolate powder everywhere inside their boxes. This seems to be down to bad packing (hot chocolate is always packed in bubble wrap, but then placed in a box that are too big) and transportation (boxes arrive dented and out of shape, most likely down to bad handling in transit). That said, whenever we've had these issues, its been dealt with very quickly in the forms of credit notes and replacements (that tend to arrive quuickly, in fairness).

Verde always deliver quickly, which is great because I always forget to order till the last minute ☺️

Great quick service at a great price. Product is good with a variety of choices to suit everyone's needs. Good discount options for bulk purchasing which is great for a business. Delivered in sturdy packaging, easy to store, Didn't need to use the customer support, however I feel if I did the support would have been as good as their products.

Amazing customer service and fantastic coffee bean blend. My customers and I love the drinks. Great simple training after buying a coffee machine too.
