Why would I rate something I’m not getting because you told me shipping cost more than the product, yet when I placed the order, shipping never came up.

I am very disappointed to see a 1-star review from yourself regarding this order. We are a UK company. We cannot ship worldwide for free. Our website states in multiple places that orders outside of the UK will be charged after the order is placed this is because we need to weigh and pack the order so there is no way we would know the shipping cost beforehand.

Some customers contact us before placing an order to find out delivery charges. We try to always be open and honest with our customers and after reviewing this order and the correspondence there is nothing we could have done anymore to assist you. Really happy with my baskets, there did appear to be a delivery problem with the delivery company but this was picked up by the company and a replacement set sent despite the fact I hadn't actually complained. In all I was very happy with my goods and service
