You need to provide an accurate shipping or tracking number and identify the correct courier.
You sent me a link to TNT Post and a shipping number and neither of these were recognised.

The box was too flimsy and goods were not packaged correctly. The jar of molasses had a loose lid, and everything was covered in it. I had to throw it away as it was unusable.

Still not received my order. It was supposed to be delivered my my Hermes in the UK. They have no idea of the parcel. It just says it’s been delayed for 24 hours. That was 3 days ago.

The shipping was amazingly quick, and the chips I ordered were great. But the chocolate Tim tams arrived and they looked like they had melted and reformed several times, and tasted stale, so I had to throw them out.

Almost perfect customer service - easy to order and fast delivery. The only negative comment I have is some of the products (of which I bought quite a few) have a very short expiry date - just over a month. Maybe this can be double checked, especially since 1 out of the 7 of the same item I received had an expiry date of about 4 months.
