For this order, I am disappointed that for delivery in Romania it was chosen Cargus for the nationam territory. I would have preffered to continue with DHL which is more to clients. For Cargus, I had to choose a point for delivery, since I am not at home. But the program for that place is awful, most of the days is closed and not suitable with my working daily program. Cor example: the package arrived on Friday late afternoon and I wasn't available to pick it up. The sms received said that it will be kept only for 3 days. But, on Saturday and Sunday the Cargus place where is my package is closed. Monday, 1 December 2025, is national holiday so it is closed. On Tuesday, I work from 8:30 to 17 pm. The Cargus place is open from 10 to 18 pm. I might arrive to that place around 17:50, but will be there my package? So....not happy that you didn't keep DHL....

I have already recommended you to others, I really appreciate how easy both the ordering and the return process are. My only suggestion would be to maybe make it easier to find the right geographic region on your starting page - when I google you, I am redirected to the UK site despite looking for the EU site. It took a few tries to find a very small link to choosing the right region in the bottom of your page. It should be on top, in my opinion. Other than that, I find you a trustworthy retailer.
