I haven't received the parcel. It was sent with DHL to Germany but according to DHL employees the street name was missing in the delivery address (however I gave the FULL address and I called DHL to understand what was wrong) and they sent the parcel back to UNISA. Since I am leaving Germany in 5 days, I don't need the parcel any longer.
I believe this is a problem with DHL and not with UNISA!

Hello. I am not satisfied at all with the delivery of m'y order (Ups). The choice of delivery places around m'y house was not high. I went on the first day around 6.30 pm but the shop supposed to bé open until 8 pm was closed. Then m'y husband went with m'y ID card but there was not parcel with m'y name then Yesterday I got a SMS from the shop informing me that there was a parcel only with my first name and a téléphone number waiting to be taken for me. I tried to call ups but I had no ref ne to give. Next time I ll Ask a home delivery
