Carrier chosen by Unisa for delivery is FEDEX.
My shoes were not fitted so I had to return them. The UNISA email I received for the return process offered a return option of FEDEX collecting directly at home the parcel. However when clicking on this option it was not available in my country. Because the parcel came from Spain & I live in France, there was no possibility to have the parcel collected since not from the country the parcel was sent. It should then not be mentionned in the return option in the email you send.
Therefore I had only one returning option, which was finding a FEDEX deposit point. Unfortunately there is no deposit point close to my house. I had to go into Paris to make the deposit (complicated due to Olympic games preparation).
FEDEX is not a convient carrier , at least for France. It has very few collecting shops.
I often order on foreign website and it's the first time I struggle with the return of a product.
Unfortunately this experience was not good and I will never order on your website again, although I really appreciate the quality of your shoes.
No hard feelings but in 2024, with International Internet sales, Unisa seems a little bit behind in the shipping/returns options.
