I have seven pairs of shoes from Unisa and I really like the models. The quality is ok — they are not made to last for years, which is fine for me. Although they are on the pricier side, the service is anything but premium.
Last time I ordered two pairs. One I had to return because it arrived damaged — so not my fault. I asked the service team for a replacement pair, but they never replied to my request. I received the refund for the item, but not for the shipping, even though I had to return the damaged product.

I really like the shoes and find the overall quality and design very appealing. Unfortunately, several of new sandals (with platform siles) have started to squeck after being worn only a few times and after being exposed to very light rain on one occasion. This issue is making me reconsider whether I would purchadr summer shoes from unisa again, especially since I never experienced this problem with unisa shoes I purchasrd a few years ago. The quality seena different from what I previously expected from the brand. Let's see with my boots I just purchased.

Quick and smooth delivery and return including quick refund (I ordered 2 sizes and send one size back)
The only minor inconvenience was that, when returning an item, the carrier did not send an email to let me know that the parcel was on its way. But the status of the return is visible in your account.
