I inadvertently ordered the same boots twice as first confirmation had been received in junk folder When I realised this I sent an email explaining I had ordered twice The duplication had already been picked up and second payment returned Unisa confirmed I would only receive one order Cery good customer service

Happy New Year!
I have not received my parcel from you yet. I received an email from UPS to say my parcel was in transit on 12th January and later that were delays due to 'Adverse Weather Conditions'. Presumably due to the heavy snowfall in Spain (and/or Brexit issues!)
I have not received another update and was prepared to be patient but when I received your email today I became concerned. are adverse weather conditions still a problem?
