Product as described. Best value by far. About 12 or 14 days to delivery
Great bike shop, I ordered a set of pedals, a bargain using a black Friday code and free postage. They arrived very quickly but I decided I didn't like the colour, contacted them using their online form and got a quick reply saying to send them back and they'd swap them. Replacements arrived a few days later.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this experience and customer service deserves some praise. Head and shoulders above some other online bike shops I could mention.

All round really pleased. Would love an option to select full tracking on sent items for the channel islands but thats more a criticism of the postal service.

Not only would I recommend Ubyk but I have and friends have used them.

I phoned before placing an online order to be certain I was ordering the correct BB to go with the crankset I wanted, the person i spoke to could not answer my question, but took my number and advised would phone back with the correct info, never had a return call. Did my own research, and placed order for cranks and BB, order arrived, and wrong BB enclosed despite paperwork showing correct item to be picked. Contacted Ubyk to let them know, advised correct BB and a returns sticker would be sent asap, no further contact from Ubyk either by phone or mail to advise when correct item would be sent out. Pretty awful customer service!.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UBYK - Placed an order on Oct 15 and received a notification I would only be charged when order was fulfilled. My card was charged Oct 16. On Oct 19 I e-mailed to ask when products would be shipped and was informed they would be shipped "as quickly as possible". As I needed the parts soon and did not have a shipping
date (plus was charged before fulfillment), I cancelled the order that day. Did not hear back. E-mailed Oct 29 and got a response from *** saying he would speak to accounts team. E-mailed Nov 8, no response and no money. E-mailed Nov 12 and Richard finally came back saying he would chase again. On Nov 14 ***reminded me there is a 30 day refund policy which is at the discretion of the accounts department. It seems the accounts department is waiting exactly for the 30 day mark to (I hope) provide a refund. I should remind ***that, based on ***'s e-mail, I should not have been charged before fulfillment and that their website has mentions to speed of shipping and to items being in stock (when they are not).
Today, Nov 16, a full month after my order, I still have no money back. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. It has been an absolutely awful and unethical service, going against claims made on
their website and the ***pay order e-mail. Almost a month later, they still owe me back $***!! STEER CLEAR FROM THIS MERCHANT!!
