The boots look good and are very comfortable. Unfortunately the British Customs charged me £*** duty and delivery was delayed for ten days. I know this is not your fault, but I did not know a duty needed to be paid. Some warning of this would be helpful.

I am very satisfied with my shoes, as always! Beautiful designs and very comfortable.

The shoes are brilliant, flat but fun, consistent sizes and wider options often available. They arrive very quickly, despite coming from Europe to the UK. The tax issue can complicate matters a bit, depending upon the price.

As a UK customer, there is always some trepidation when ordering from outside the country (following Brexit). However, despite slightly elevated costs, the process was simple, I was kept up to date on progress and the boots themselves are absolutely beautiful - design, colour and comfort.
