I live in the UK and have been buying Think! shoes for some years. I am always happy with the quality and the style of the shoes. After Brexit the delivery process became slower, but recently it has speeded up and is problem free. Customer service has been excellent. I would certainly recommend you!

Beautiful sandals, accidentally ordered wrong size and was given clear instructions on how to send back, re-ordered correct size and were very speedily sent. Nothing is too much trouble for customer services . Sandals are so comfortable, thank you so much, perfect service!

Ich trage nur Think Schuhe aber die Zollgebühren sind wahnsinnig. Meine letuten Schuhe haben mich mehr als €***gekostet. €*** plus £*** Zollgebühren.

I had to contact customer service as I had made a mistake with my order and also had a couple of questions to ask them regarding shipping to the uk. The customer service agent that I spoke to was incredibly helpful, polite and reassuring. I would definitely recommend this company.

I lost almost 200 punds because I did not realise I had to use a returnlabel when returning a parcel.I think it would be nice and less confusing for as costomer if the returnlabel was inkluderar in the parcel and with an instruktion. I love THINK and will continual to purchase items from you!
