I had a rocky start, with the person who initialy contacted me stop responding my emails, around Nov 22. Then I retook this and went straight with the purchase.
It's a bit odd not having an account to see figures. Instead it is a certificate with the items bought. I am still waiting for the hard copies and with the allocation for my niece.
I am happy I made the purchase in the end.
