Utterly unbelievable service and results and what a modern process by a Family Business! I can’t thank them enough except I only did two tapes and have been watched it constantly lol. Tomorrow I will send 12 tapes so yes I would highly recommend alive studios!

I was completely satisfied. The service was first class. From initial contact and advise to update on order. The old film I provided was poor quality and had I no way of viewing it. I have now been able to view on my iPad using the cloud service which is very simple to use.
Liked the friendly updates on progress, everything as promised.
Absolute Nightmare with the Alive Studios courier company DHL. Who lost my films on outward delivery to AS. The package containing 3X8mm films taken in the 1960s by my late father, was correctly labelled and ended up in Luton (?) instead of Devon. The mistake was discovered by CCTV showing my parcel being put on the wrong conveyor belt in the DHL Depot.

Then on the return, DHL delivered to the wrong address and insisted that their driver had delivered to the correct address, even though I told DHL on the day that I had not received the delivery. DHL had picked up and delivered to my address a number of times previously, though 8 days later DHL were still insisting that their driver had delivered to the correct address and that I must have received my films. Apparently the DHL driver had been told by the occupant (of the wrong address) to just leave my package by the front door - which for DHL constituted ME giving permission for the driver to just leave the package by the (wrong) front door. DHL finally accepted that their driver had delivered to the wrong address when the picture that I sent of my front door did not match the picture the driver had taken of the front door where he had left my package. Now 12 DAYS LATER DHL have failed to retrieve the parcel containing the precious films taken by my father. Neither will DHL confirm what address they did deliver to. So right now I don't have my films. And Alive Studios/ DHL have said nothing about compensation etc. I guess I have no option but to wait and see, as the days and weeks go by!
I cannot fault Alive Studios, excellent service. I cannot think of any improvements which could be made.
