Rare to find a company offering the level of customer service I experienced.

I have recommeded you to others - enough said! I did try one of your leading competitors and made an informed decision to invest in your offering. Your processes are clear and well supported by IT, with everything that I needed to know. When there was an IT hiccup with the ordering process, it was quickly and pleasantly resolved.

Very glad to have used Alive Studios to upscale and digitise my mini DV magnetic tape home videos. The team have done a fantastic job and I would highly reccomend their service.

Very pleased with the overall process and the quality of the work. However, the timescale was rather lengthy and went over the estimated timescale although the Easter period probably held things up.

I felt very reassured from start to finish that the cine films would be looked after. communications were excellent all the way though.. and now that I have back the digitised cine it is excellent and now I can look back at those memories of my family how we were in the 70s all I need now is a Time macihine….

This is first time using Alive Studios and really impressed with quality and customer care, a lot more expensive to others but recon the scanners and processes are far superior to competitors out there. I had 2 reels of 8mm Cine transferred and blown away with the clarity compared to the "flying spot" projector transfer to SVHS my late father did some 30 odd years ago. It has given me piece of mind the reels were done professionally as they were getting older and brittle. My only gripe was the price, I took offers of the sales which made it more approachable, apart from that I cannot fault this service and excellent communications.
