A minor mistake was made with the order and the seller immediately moved to correct it, even providing me with a return envelope. When the correct item arrived, it was exactly as ordered.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase, and the shopping-experience went smooth and problem-free as always!

I’ve been shopping at «The Doll House» a number of times, and I’ve always had a good shopping experience.
I received the items quickly and in mint condition, every time!
I highly recommend this Website to anyone!

Very swift and friendly service. Website is a little difficult to navigate. But very good service overall, and the price was very reasonable compared to many other distributors.

products arrived vervy swiftly , but the e-mail sent to me just updates from the last e-mail, and if not monitored ends up in the junk mail.

Received, not the best product!

Excellent service, very easy to find what i was looking and at very reasonable prices. Quick delivery. Thank you :)

All good, no complaints.

Satisfied and impressed with everything. I was very pleased with the personal service, to the extent that I’ve decided The Doll House will be the first place I go for any orders in future.
The ordering process was smooth and quick. When the order was delayed by customs, the information I received from TDH was reassuring and helpful.
Many thanks.

I ran out of tpe glue and wanted it quite quickly as mending a foot and heel. I received in 3 days compared to other sites like Ebay etc and I know it works. Thanks for quick delivery
