So far, so good. I'm at the printed out and waiting to get witnesses stage. It is a very simple process, though I did find myself going backwards and forwards to ensure everything was going to be covered, as you are never quite sure what questions will be asked next.
I felt that the overall look of the website was slightly amateurish/lacking in finesse, and while reading the terms and conditions there were a few places where words were run together. This made me question the legitimacy and professionalism of the site, but it could have been the way it was presented by my own computer. It had been recommended by a reputable person so I went ahead. Once printed out the will looks good.
