I have been buying from Teleskop Services for several years. In addition to the professional advice and follow-up, which is always courteous and relevant, I particularly appreciated my latest mishap. I bought a ProQuest mount. I was attracted by the idea of being able to set it up in 5 minutes to take a quick sequence of images. Unfortunately, the mount never worked at home. Thinking it was defective, I sent it back. But it turned out that it worked at TS. So it was probably related to my environment (no satellites?). To my surprise, TS agreed to refund the mount. This was a commercial gesture that is far from usual. And it makes me want to continue working with TS. Thank you for your excellent service.

I am very satisfied with the products quality, and the fast order procedure, and shipping. When I needed to contact support for a problem with my account (unrelated to my order), you gave me attention and helped me in no time, always with kindness. Only thing, in my opinion, that could be improved is the shipping costs which are too high adding to the custom costs when ordering outside Germany. However, it's worth it so far as I find products that aren't available in my country.
