The delivery of the item I ordered was on time and the quality of the product was excellent.

Service was excellent as my items were dispatched very quickly. My only reservation was on price as I felt that £19 for 2 small springs, inc delivery, was on the high side.

I was interested in kitchen cupboard hinges. I was told what to look for by haefe. I found what I was looking for but was unsure what some of the options meant, such as 0mm, 2mm, 4mm offsets. If there were cad drawings I could have figured out what that was referring to. Other than that I found the ordering process good.
