.Very impressed with both the customer service and the product. So rare these days to get a phone number that is answered by an informed and very helpful human voice.
Due to my vision problems I’ve found this form a nightmare as tried to spread on the screen and just lost the lot and had to start again. I always try to rate my purchases on Trust Pilot normally.

Very efficient delivery and help

I like the audio features, like the echo abd 'trooper', though it gives me a very male voice.

A nice package, let down by the fact you can only store small sound files on it or literally a 6 minute file of continuous sound, which is useless for the Sandy 40 minute sound file. Very disappointing.

I have decided that I won't be using this product. nothing to do with it's quality but what I will say is that I haven't heard anything back from the company since emailing to ask about returns procedure. I would like to return this item but there is no easy link to be able to on the website. I suggest looking into this to make it a little easier. Thanks
