Hello, They are great products but unfortunately I got the wrong ones. I needed the longer amount of time to record instead of the ones I purchased which were only 20 seconds. The delivery was prompt and the products are great.

Ordered a recordable card to put inside a Birthday card but on recording the sound quality was terrible. E mailed the company who thought the battery may have been faulty.Sent me another card by return of post which was very good of them. Have not tried to record anything yet on the new card but very pleased with the no quibble service.
