Excellent product and easy to use. Much appreciated by recipient

It is very handy and easy to handle.

Bought a talking card for an elderly blind lady and she was so delighted. The perfect card for her.

I cannot use the tracking ‘Shop’, I did not recieve any products and I didn’t recieve an answer to my mail of last week.

The product quality is poor. At times, I have to press the frame of the device while I press the red button so that it'll record correctly, and it fails to recognize some cards. But the idea and the concept of the toy is amazing. I'd have left some white cards to draw on them and I don't like the treasure / jewelry theme. But still, the toy is nice overall.

The talking tile I purchased is being used very successfully to assist my partner who suffers from freezing with her walking caused by Parkinson's. We have tried loads of things but a simple recorded prompt to get set, look straight ahead and take steady counted steps works a treat

I use this device as a speech therapist. I insert pictures, letters, words or sentences. Every child is very motivated to pracitice because of the easy technology.

Brilliant products easy to use and fit

I bought a voice recorder over the phone for a visually impaired friend.
Customer service explained how the purchase could be VAT exempt.
He is really pleased with the recorder as it is easy to use and good quality sound.
