*** tiny package looked much bigger

Having lived in Switzerland for 32 years, but now back in the uk, I am very pleased to be able to order Swiss products and keep enjoying them here.
Sometimes though, 10 days seems a long time to wait for a single item to be selected, packed and dispatched.

Great selection of products, fast delivery but, a little pricey and the shipping costs are a bit high.

This is the third time I have ordered this product. I have had excellent experiences always.

I really appreciate the change in shipping to Fed Ex as it is substantially cheaper than i have paid previously. Not sure if i was dealing with Heidi but give her a. bonus.

It’s not the first time ordering with you. My first experience was not pleasant as it took more than 10 weeks to process through the order after many emails of chasing. And with this second order, stating the timeline specifically to receive by, works. And that leads up to the third order recently.

Didn’t enjoy the chocolate didn’t taste fresh.

I only wish shipping was not so high and delivery shorter to the USA. I will continue to purchase chocolates from you as they are far superior to US made chocolates.

Package arrived well-packaged. There was extra insulation to keep the product from melting.

They were quick to provide the customs information they could when FedEx requested it.

I had a small issue that was just my misunderstanding, but email responses from the company were very fast.

I was very pleased with the product, I will definitely order again.

The website was easy to navigate and had a large selection of products. Packaging was very good. Once dispatched, the delivery was quick.
