I appreciated the prompt delivery of my order and the perfect condition of its contents.

Exactly what I wanted and good quality. But an awfully long delivery period of nearly six weeks. Even though it was from Switzerland to the UK that’s too long!

UnfoRtunately I have not yet received my last two orders and cannot locate them online so I cannot give you a proper rating..

I love the promptness of you getting my order out in a timely manner; however, I have not received my last order, not anything on your end but my package has been misplaced or someone has eating it in the fedex office in Memphis Tennessee since the 14th of April.

Worse experience ever!!, order never arrived, when I asked for clarity I was ignored, finally 3 people responded, said they would check on my order number and never got back to me, I kept emailing a 4th person finally did, offered no explanation for the delay and told me a new one as on its way without giving me a tracking number at least to check on it. No sense of customer service whatsoever.
