I ordered the same truffle every year (twice this time). Last year, the wrong flavor was sent (chocolate instead of Marc de Champagne). This year, the 1st order was good. The 2nd one was slooower than normal (needed to be nudged with an email query). Then it was further delayed because the FDA declaration was omitted - which required me to contact FedEx to straight it out. So service can be improved. Queries however was handled quickly. Overall satisfied.

It was a long time to receive from shipping overseas and waiting for customs to release through customs.

I live in the US and it’s nice to have access to my favorite Swiss products. My only suggestion would be to have a larger variety of items, it seemed like I was limited in the site but absolutely felt it was a great experience and great products, easy to check out and felt it was a decent delivery time frame for where I’m at. I will be a returning customer.
