Although the chocolate was well packed the chocolate was softer in texture than it should have been. It obviously had been held up somewhere along the line longer than it should have been. The shipping was extremely expensive so the length of time it took to arrive did not justify the long delay

It took over 2 weeks before the product was dispatched and took a further 2 weeks to be couriered. At a shipping cost of $*** it should be overnight. All in all it took over a month from order to receipt.
