I still have not received my products. What do I need to do to fix this. Please help.

Slow to process order and post for what ever reason.

I found the Swiss products I purchased in Zurich and Geneva.

The website renders well on desktop and iOS devices. Logical layout and selection of product categories. Photos and weights of products generally included.

Freight is always expensive, and the transparent cost options appreciated. Well done. However, a few suggestions/questions:
The displayed prices & costs appear to default to USD. There is a tab buried on left hand margin to display in other currencies. I have always used USD even though live in AUD, with charges to my credit card in USD. Are the displayed and charged costs converted from CHF? And if so at what interchange rate?. It would be useful to know as some credit cards do not charge 3-4% international conversion fees. Different currencies have different strengths against CHF knowing this affects charge by 5-7%.
2. The offering of different freight rates is good but from descriptions and prices it is not clear of the relative advantages (eg USPS priority from SPRING). I have found the SPRING consignments to be exceptionally well packed and labelled as temperature sensitive.
3. An option for email notification of despatch dates and carrier consignment tracking numbers would be more useful than having to interrogate the website.

Great Swiss products. Fast shipping. Excellent communication.

The web site was easy to navigate. I found the exact items I was searching for. By examining the shipping, I was able to increase my order and remain within the weight limit. The items arrived very well packaged, and despite high temperatures, the products (chocolates) were not affected.

I love the site and am thankful products from Switzerland are available.

My only feedback specific to the chocolate is to offer more flavors. I understand you can’t offer everything the chocolatier does, but, you only offered milk chocolate options and no dark chocolate.
