I placed an order December 2, 2024. I was sent notification of shipping in late December, along with a link for tracking. The link did not work. I responded to the email that contained the link, but did not receive a response. I have since been in contact with customer service who have said they will look into it. As of January 12, I still do not have the product.

I ordered 2 camping blankets for my son for Christmas. The quality of the blankets is excellent and he is very happy with them. I did not receive any notification that they had been dispatched which would have been helpful. Also, I ordered from Ireland and delivery is quite expensive and there is also a hefty customs charge to be paid depending on the cost of the order.

This is strictly a customer service issue - We ordered 10 jars of jam, when we received our order 4 of the 10 jars were broken and jam was all over the inside of the package, I contacted you immediately, well within the required 24 hour response window and with pictures as required. It's been around 2 weeks since notifying you and I have heard nothing in return. We were charged over $*** for shipping and received damaged goods. We bought this product for a family member from St.*** living in the U.S. Our first time ordering from you was good, this time it was not. I understand accidents happen but when my email to let you know goes unacknowledged it is not acceptable. I will no longer consider ordering from your company again nor will I recommend to others.

I'm from Switzerland but live in the usa now and love your store where I can find the treats that i love the most from there. I just think it takes a little too long for you to ship the orders but other than that...thanks!!

It takes a while to deliver to Australia but it is easy to order. The range available is awesome and the packing is well done when it finally arrives.

I am completely disappointed from your service . I made several emails about not receiving my merchandise. Only apologies but not my merchandise still .. is being already more than a month !!
