nothing you send chocolate that is already sold in the USA. I shopped at your factory and you had personalized blocks of chocolate that was hoping to buy I didn’t wanna buy something that is already over in USA and pay $***for shipping. I was hoping to buy the personalized chocolate the blocks that are in your factory and you write personalized messages on them.

I wanted to purchase Maison Callier chocolate to celebrate our one year anniversary of our trip to Switzerland. I was routed to your site from the Maison Callier site. Shopping for her and buying a chocolates was very easy. I was also reassured that package delivery to the United States was something that your company did and it would not be any issue. Shopping, paying for, and receiving shipping notices was all good. When the package arrived in FedEx at Memphis Tennessee, it got held up for 5 to 7 days due to a commercial invoice not being included with the package. This feels like something you should’ve known or it got separated from the package Because that’s required for international shipping. I don’t have a problem with the package being held up except that your commercial invoice should have been with it. The other issue is that I called FedEx and realized quickly that I could not provide the commercial invoice they required. I contacted your company Through the email channels and never received a response. I did call back to FedEx and they said that a commercial invoice had been provided, but it would’ve been really great if you would’ve actually responded to my emails to tell me that the issue was being taken care of. For this reason I gave only three stars. Communication can be improved and providing the commercial invoice initially would have made my package move more smoothly.
