The Sunlux wooden loft ladder balustrade did the job required and has improved the safety of the loft. It was easy to assemble and fit and I am happy with the purchase. Easy clear website and quick delivery. The allen key provided with the kit was fairly poor quality and gave up after the first bolt. The instructions also mislabeled the wood between A and B but it was clear which was which.

Excellent customer service, any queries were dealt with promptly giving help where needed. Loft ladder arrived on time and although not fully installed yet looks and feels a great product, perfect for my needs. Would highly recommend this company.

I've fitted many loft hatches in my time always alone. Having the hatch and ladder already assembled made it so much easier and quicker. I went for the 700x1200 and still managed to do it alone in my own house. Looks are great finished with matching architraves. Fantastic price too for such a large one. Beat some competitors by £*** easily.
I'll be using these again without doubt.
