I have to say the whole process from selecting a bear from purchase through delivery was easy to navigate and efficient.
I can't fault the company and the bear is now loved by my great granddaughter

I ordered a small teddy bear and a musical lamb for my new great granddaughter, her mother loved them and said “they were just perfect”
I had the items sent direct to my granddaughter and they arrived in a timely manner and were carefully packed, so I am very happy and I will use Bel Air again soon.
