Very satisfied

Discounted price and very quick delivery

A very fast and reliable delivery service. Bel Air carries a very good range of Steiff teddy bears and other animals. This is the second toy animal I have bought as I intend to buy one for each grandchild so they each have a “special friend” for bedtime.

Perfectly happy with my purchase and quick delivery

Fantastic teddy bear best quality as always. Bought for a 1st birthday. What a bonus it's washable! Great value for money. Beautiful packaging arrived in perfect condition.

Quite satisfied.

I was sent an email from yourselves saying to order before a certain date and get 10% off. This I did, but when the final payment screen came up it said I wasn’t entitled to the discount, I was not happy, as a customer for a few years now I expected better.
The animals were beautiful, as always, and the time it took for delivery was also very good.

Excellent service, thank you and I would recommend you to my friends
