Hi, I am still waiting for part of my order with no date of it's delivery and was not aware it would not all arrive together. I am happy with the part order but disappointed re the remainder as I need it ASAP. D

I ordered an uninked stamp and some waterproof ink. The stamp arrived pre-inked and resulted in thousands of labels being stamped with ink that smudged and ruined the labels. Not ideal when the labels had already been attached to over 4000 Christmas trees. The labels had to be removed, binned, and new labels restamped with a new stamp which arrived a few days later.
When I asked the member of staff if anything could be done about the situation, she said she could refund the delivery fee of £*** . Not much consolation when *** pounds worth of labels have been ruined.

Wonderful service . Stickers arrive and have been well received.
