Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this product.
It cost me €*** + over €*** for delivery by DHL, then over €*** to install it because the entire motor had to be dismantled. I then found out that I could have the motor reprogrammed for only €*** . After riding a few kilometres with the Speedbox installed, the bike became completely unusable with a permanent error code that wouldn't go away even after pedalling for more than two hours, leaving me with a bike without any assistance. I then paid *** euros to have it removed. And now, since I have to send it back from Morocco to Speedbox to get a refund, I have to pay at least *** euros in shipping costs. So, in the end, a huge loss and a disastrous experience.
