I had extremely bad service.
My whole set up went off for the period of load shedding each time!!! When I phoned in I was told that it was because I had chosen an unsuitable product!
I am a pensioner and my son in law,Buks, arranged it all for me. Buks and Claire Hugo (my daughter) raved about the service they had got from you and recommended that I use your company. Unfortunately by the time it was installed they were both working out of the country.
The problem started the very day of installation. I happened to overhear a conversation about a problem (before they even started) and that a totally inexperienced team leader had to be put in charge. It was months later after many many ignored messages that someone eventually came to look at my problem. It had been set up incorrectly set up. How's that for good service. Fortunately I haven't needed any service since then except that I don't have an App which I understand I should have.
How many stars would you have given for the service I was given?

Help is always available when I ask for it. So as long as there is no problem - there will obviously be little contact. It would actually be nice to have a service/maintenance call every now and then.
Like now I have a question that I did not phone you about yet and I am using this opportunity: The light on the display occasionally stays on for ever?
