I haven’t received a confirmation email or an email to say that the item has been dispatched. I haven’t received any tracking details.
As the item was being sent as a surprise gift, I don’t want to contact the recipient to see if it has been delivered. I am therefore still not sure if the item has been delivered.
Overall a very unsatisfactory service.
