1. Improve on car maintenance, the car had too many dents and scratches, having a sun visor that wasn't working was quite annoying.
2. Being on time with meeting the clients is important. We arrived at the airport, there wasn't anyone as had been agreed. Rang you and you had no idea we were arriving that day. It was so inconvenient to wait that long until the car arrived.
