Very good customer service.

We had a very smooth experience and very satisfied from the service. The only negative thing that I would say we are still waiting for the printed copy of the certificate even I reminded twice.

For me the continuous co tact with the rep that took my order is important however *** is no longer with the business

We chose SmartCells over other providers because of the support provided throughout the process. Despite I reached out to SmartCells very late in my pregnancy (36 weeks), Chloe has been extremely helpful and answered all my questions without putting any pressure to reach a decision. The sample collection has been a smooth process. I appreciated the good working relationship that SmartCells has with the hospital where my baby was born.

Just about a good overall service, but the accounts team are never around to take payment. Goes through to voicemail every time. And reception don't have access to any details of mine, so I need to spell my name and give a phone contact again and again. Not a smooth experience in those respects, and it makes one wonder how the company is run.

Everyone provided an excellent service and care. I would highly recommend Smart cells.
