Smart Cells has been great from start to finish. They have a great communication service and organising the phlebotomist and collection of the stems was easy and straight forward. Highly recommend to anyone looking
I am so very happy that I found this company and used their service. The stuff were extremely kind and helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They explained everything in such an easy to understand way as I knew nothing about stem cells freezing. I talked to a few more different companies but Smart Cells won my trust. Everything went well on the day of collection and they managed to save some cells which hopefully never need in future. Thank you very much for the great service!
This is the second time we have used Smart Cells and have again been impressed with the service we have received. Everyone is incredibly professional and kind.
One word of advice, do check junk email accounts for details of the phlebotomist. We had a panic on the day our daughter arrived as we couldn’t find the phlebotomist’s contact details, but Smart Cells were excellent at contacting the phlebotomy company and helping to resolve the issue calmly and quickly.
We have enjoyed the service provided by Smart Cells. The team was fast to arrive at the birth centre and always communicating with us and the midwife team.
We are very satisfied about the services that you have provided to us. The customer service team answered to all our questions in a very short time. And all the processing time of the cell stems was very easy.
We are very thankful that we can have store a second chance to life. Hopefully we will not need it but is very good to know we have it.

The sales and support services are both very straight forward and very good. One small thing is that I know there are many pricing options out there but they were not always offered to us. For example - we saw at the Baby Show that there was an option with a very low upfront cost with higher annual maintenance fees. It would have made our decision easier if we had that option, so seeing it after we already committed was a bit disappointing.
Very good customer experience pre-collection. The rep was informative, answered all our questions and acted quickly to work with our due date. Keeping in touch with the phlebotomist on the day was a little stressful as obviously you are not looking at your phone the whole time. Post collection invoicing and confirmation of successful collection was also very smooth.
Very satisfied with the whole experience - it all went very smoothly and was easy. Staff were always very helpful. Would highly recommend to others.
