This was, in the main, an upgrade from Windows 10 to 11. I'd tried this myself a while ago but it could not be done as 'something' missing. Anyway, handed laptop in to Simply Fix it on one day, successfully upgraded and returned the next day. Very impressive.
Convenient opening times and, believe it or not, you can park readily easily, if needed.
Have used Simply Fixit before re problems in past and always happy. Will continue to use in the future.

Great service as usual. The SSD in my PC got fried when a Windows update was run & *** turned round the repair to the PC in no time at all. (There was a small hiccup when I set up the PC back home being that my Open Office database files wouldn't run however. I discovered that Java was missing so I downloaded it but the .odb files still couldn't find a JRE environment. With two Java versions loaded though (x32 + x86) everything ran again). So many thanks to ***, even with the hiccup!
