Knowledgeable and helpful staff are available whenever the shop is open: from my experience they are able to offer immediate advice and suggestions about what is required and how long any work will take. I cannot really manage without my own laptop and last week they undertook a complete investigation and repair within two working days, contacting me by text when it was ready. I was most grateful.

It really is a ‘drop it in’ service and although I was informed it’s normally a week before completion - I had it back within 4 days! And problems were sorted. A good job done. Thank you.

I was disgusted at your service. I brought my laptop to you because it seemed to be hacked. I tried to explain to the guy on the counter but he was more interested in thee fact that I hadn't brought my extension lead. I had left it at home deliberately. But I had to go all the way home for it.
then I tried to open the laptop to illustrate that it was doing but the man put his hand on it to stop me opening it and instead wanted my details. He then took the laptop away and said that it would be so many days. When I went down to fetch it it was lucky that I opened it because there was the exact same problem. Nothing had been fixed at all. Your technician came up and said that he had got no information about what was happening. All he had been given was a note saying,'clean'.So all my explanations were for nothing.
If there is one thing I hate and that is being ignored. This counter person just couldn't be bothered with talking to me. All he wanted was my business, for me to pay up and get out of his way.

Disappointing. I now live in Morningside and thought that I had replaced the computer shop that I dealt with n Sheffield. the staff there weren't rude. But that man was. . .. .
