Apple in Edinburgh had said my iPad was irreparable and refused to touch it so I am most grateful the SimplyFixit were able to repair it without question and quickly. The fact that it was collected and delivered back to me makes the service even more impressive. I highly recommend to all.

I was happy with the service. I put my laptop in for a virus check after receiving an email from someone claiming to be a professional hacker who had taken over my computer. The check was completed and I received my laptop back the next day.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Simply Fix It. The person I spoke with in the shop was confident, professional and helpful. The copying of information from my "dead" hard drive was completed very timeously and I could have collected the external hard-drive the next day. The only issue I had was that it is not easy to park near the shop in Bruntsfield and my old computer was quite heavy and bulky but that is a general observation nothing to do with your service.

The repair was carried out in half the expected time, which was a big help to me. It has extended the life of my tablet considerably. I always find the service in this branch to be efficient and friendly. It is good at communicating with its customers, and it is always busy (a good sign in a local business).

After being quoted £*** for a new screen (exchange unit) by the Apple store, I searched for a reliable and reputable service to replace the complete screen on sons iPad 9th Gen.. There were a few cheaper options but, on checking the detail, most had limited warranties, delivery charges and mixed reviews.
Simplyfixit was straight forward and fixed price.
The repair and return of the iPad was a little quicker than I expected. The return was free and the packaging was excellent. I'd certainly recommend to anyone..
