We have only ordered a product which cannot now be installed.The service so far has been excellent
Great service. Friendly and quick! Great that they text when the work is done and device ready to collect.
I would definitely recommend SimplyFixIt as the service I received when I had a problem with my MacBook Air was excellent. The staff were knowledgable, kept me up to date with progress and made special arrangements to allow me to get my device back when the shop had to close to the public due to the Coronavirus situation.
There was a bit of a delay but totally understandable in these difficult times

Excellent and rapid service and very flexible on payment / collection arrangements during COVID19 self isolation. Only issue was I did not fully understand price. The price quoted at the store must have been for labour as there was an additional part making final bill higher than expected. This is fine if needed but could have been clearer.

First of all, if I had the chance, I would give the Bath St Simplyfixit zero stars. My son dropped his phone on the Wednesday and I took the phone to Simplyfixit on the Friday 13th to repair. I requested that the front and back screen be replaced. I went in at 9 and told it would be ready at 11. All good so far. I got a call from the Manager *** after 2 pm to give me an "update" on my repair. He said the home button wasn't working and that he could try and fix it. He said it wasn't working when I handed it in... I told him the phone was in perfect working order smashed screens aside. So I instructed him to try and fix. To be clear, it had been working for a whole 2 days prior to handing it in. He mentioned a "virtual" home button and I confess I have idea what that was. I called my husband who told me to tell him to stop the repair as this wasn't something I should have done. *** said he had finished changing the screens (front and back) in the short time I had called back (less than 30 mins). My husband called him directly and he quickly changed his story. He was rude to me, rude to my husband. In fact, it was utterly disgusting the way he spoke to both of us; argumentative and aggressive. This shop provides a service and I am a customer. If he can't provide the proper service and uphold *** courtesy and service standards he shouldn't be working in that industry. Long story short.....I got my phone back, 7 days later, with replaced smashed screens and the home button and touch screen both not working. So I got the phone back in a worse state than I handed it in. The mind boggles how this is acceptable on any level...... ps. my husband made sure I did get a full refund. pps. I had to buy my son a new phone.....
