Bad service, 3 months still waiting. lots of requests then 2 week wait for email reply's. Customer has to do all the work and then pay for repair, Bought a new phone, Just refund the policy I'm done.
I am still awaiting a decision on a claim and I must confess the communication system is not up to par. I do understand that the process is longer because of the lock down however I still waiting
This company has been putting hurdle after hurdle in the way of me claiming for a broken screen for 3 months now. No complaint escalation process. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Easy to use and helpful
The drop down menu initially asked for definition of the manufacturer, however it did not permit you to complete this. I assume the policy does not require this and only uses the serial number.
Overall easy process to do
It was so simple and and hassle free to insure
The service is excellent, response immediate. My phone broke accidentally and I got a replacement within a week. Highly reccommended
