The pull cord on the blind keeps coming apart, and is not very secure. Although the quality of the material and is good.

Surprised to be asked to participate in this after may recent experience .
Had to chase for delivery date and then arrived late.
Head tack was made incorrectly and had to be replaced.
Replacement damaged in transit.
Alternative purchased from elsewhere without a problem and refund obtained.
Delayed completion of my project . Apologies did not cover my loss.
The only satisfactory area was communication.
Do not see how you can improve as you are completely reliant on sub contractors both for manufacture and delivery unless you find a reliable alternative manufacturers and couriers.
