Delivery took some weeks and I was taken aback when e-mailed that there was duty of £***+ to pay, making expensive shoes very expensive. I would have liked some notification of this.

UK needs to get back into EU!! UK delivery charges..not your fault..were excessive and though the sandals are a dream to wear, I won't be ordering again. There used to be a wonderful Mephisto stockist in Oxford Market..

I ordered on the understanding that sizing was UK. The shoes arrived with the sizing marked US ... actually OK for me with thicker socks

Ordering online, maybe think about confirming sizes in UK, US, EUR when shoes are placed in basket. A useful website tweak ?
