The sandals were fine. However I thought I was ordering them from a UK store so I was horrified to be charged £*** extra in tariff fees etc.. That is 50% extra. I know this is not your store's fault but I have warned my friends not to order anything from EU countries in future,

It would have been good if the measurement of the depth of the footbeds/insoles was included on your site rather than just the length and width. The replacement aren't as deep as the originals. I overcame this by inserting another insole below the Mephisto one so that the bed is at the shoe frame

Delivery took some weeks and I was taken aback when e-mailed that there was duty of £***+ to pay, making expensive shoes very expensive. I would have liked some notification of this.

UK needs to get back into EU!! UK delivery charges..not your fault..were excessive and though the sandals are a dream to wear, I won't be ordering again. There used to be a wonderful Mephisto stockist in Oxford Market..
