The shoes are beautifully made and fit my wide feet so well. I wish I had discovered the brand sooner! They are sent promptly. The first time i ordered after Brexit I was shocked by the import charges but now, I price them in and still find it is worth paying for comfort.

I love your shoes.!I first purchased them when I was in Berlin and I would order them online. I thought the recent sandals I was purchasing were from a UK Mephisto site. Unfortunately I was wrong and had to pay £***extra for the sandals, I will only buy again if I find a UK distributor.

Absolutely appalling company.
I paid £*** for sandals for my holiday on 13th August. They did not arrive. I emailed and told was charged the wrong duty: sent a customs form to fill up and pay more. This was your fault not mine. If I don't pay the goods will not be delivered! In 2 days its on FB et
