Good service on the phone and fast delivery, website easy to use.

One of the items has a handle that is not stitched on correctly which is disappointing as this need repairing before it can be used.

DPD did not follow delivery change instructions. These were made immediately on receiving instructions for delivery from Shirtworks. Therefore box was left outside in the rain for 3 days by back gate. Also all labels show “Men’s” when they are for boys and girls.
Good customer support and efficiency. Only improvements needed would be the quality in production as some of the custom hoodies ordered had peeling on the printing already.
Shirtworks do exactly what we want - they provide good quality sweatshirts with our printed design on the front. The prices are reasonable compared to buying just a plain sweatshirt in the shops, and it's easy to park nearby briefly while I pop in to collect the order. The service is quick - I can get a quote very easily - and I am kept up to date while the order is being processed. We are very pleased with the service we get and will continue to use shirtworks for our (roughly yearly) orders!
Given a call on the day the items were supposed to be delivered, to be told the printer was broken, but will be fixed asap. It seemed strange that they were printing them on the day of delivery to me? Was an understanding customer and didn't make a fuss but asked to be updated on progress to then hear no further information of delivery until I sent an email showing my disappointment of no contact or items 5 days after the initial delivery date - the reply was basically telling me it was my fault that I didn't kick up a fuss meaning they made no effort to delivery them quickly meaning my plans for the t-shirts were ruined. They were gifts and for a university project that has since past. Then I was told one of the t-shirts was out of stock at short notice and told the person dealing with my order would contact me and I wasn't, I called them hours later, this t-shirt was then delivered the day after the rest of the order. I felt disappointed that because I didn't kick up a big fuss I was pushed to the back and had to fight my corner.
