Good service overall

The design and ordering process was quick and easy to do from my iPad. All that was required was the original artwork for embroidery in a high quality image.

Choices of garment are large which gave me plenty of scope to pick. It is clear which are in stock and how many of each are available.

Adding extra detail is possible even after finalising the order. Then once the order has been submitted the team work quickly to match colours to best embroider the design.

The finished product is excellent. The embroidery work is fine and the extra print on the front is also good.

Dropped one star for quality of the original garment itself which is slightly less than expected for the price.

It would also be useful to be able to view fonts on the design page without having to submit the order and change later.

As a new customer with a mass of charity tshirts needed asap, Arron probably regrets that he answered the phone to us! But he has been super helpful and talked us through the new online system. We received our first batch of tshirts when promised and the quality is fantastic. Very pleased indeed.
