The T shirts were produced in good time and the quality is good. However, I expressed a preference for water-based ink, and the agent I dealt with promised me he would find out if it was possible and let me know. I heard nothing, and the job was delivered with a plasticised ink. I am not pleased, but it was too late to do anything about it.

It looks like a phone conversation was had about the possibility of us printing waterbased but this did not get included or quoted on your order when it went through.Your inks were printed with a PVC and pthalate free ink which is SOIL ASSOCIATION approved. It does have a thicker texture to give strong bright colours. As a gesture of goodwill, we will print your next order with a discount. I would definitely recommend Shirtworks. *** was super helpful during the ordering process, and the turnaround time was quick. Best of all my embroidered aprons look amazing! The embroidery is really neat and crisp and the positioning is great too.

I am very disappointed by the service provided by Shiftworks. I am still looking for a refund for the initial shipment of my items which was promised to me almost a month ago.
i sent this on jun 19
"After receiving an email saying there was still an outstanding balance left to pay on the 14th i checked my bank records and found the money had left my account on the 13th. I called your office on the 14th (while you were away) and the person i spoke to said they would make a note to you (or for someone else) to update the order to paid. After the 14th i received another 6 emails saying i had not paid, and in an email to a colleague of yours on the 15th - *** - it appeared that it was assumed that Shirtworks did not know where the money i had sent on the 13th had gone to, or, was not yet in any records at Shirtworks. Furthermore when i spoke to yourself just yesterday you explained the fault to me in the recording of payments and that i should receive my items today. In your most recent email, the one i'm replying to, you now say that i'll receive the items in 3-4 days and that they are being shipped from Belgium despite them appearing to be in stock on the website."
