The website and purchasing interface does not make it clear what are the minimum order quantities to achieve certain bulk discount rates. This would be really useful to see more easily.
There seemed to be confusion over the delivery dates as the time for delivery got amazingly shorter and shorter. Eventually they arrived 4 days earlier than first expected, so that was excellent.

The quality is amazing and the digital artwork very true to the logo colours. Well done.
Poor communication
Great service, was updated on every step. Very much on time.. Excellent service . website needs to state what size of logo can be embroidered.
I found adding two separate designs to different parts of the shirt really difficult and had to call the company, who initially were not particularly helpful. That changed and all was good the shirts arrived on the day that I requested them and are of a reasonable quality.
Really liked how prompt our account manager ***was. Everything was easy to do and delivered quickly. Would *** use again (in fact I am about to!)
Kindly double check the garment before packing as I've had two experiences now (one after the after) that the garment had stains on the front.
Also, please note to bag item if customer has paid for this. I also understand there's thousands of other customers contacting you all at once but I've had to contact your team just to find out when my order will be delivered. And the item never arrived on the day I paid an extra amount for.
It's such a shame I've had this experience and sadly if it continues I'll have to look for another manufacturer to work with. I always like to stick to one company so I'm hoping I won't have to experience this again or anyone else as it's really disappointing especially whilst you've paid extra for the item to arrive early - it's a huge disappointment and doesn't look good with our customers we're selling too.
