Everything went seemlessly. Very pleased with everything
I ordered a total of 10 blinds 8 rollers and 2 white wooden blinds, fantastic price and great quality. The fitter who came to fit the blinds was great, good chat and banter and got the job done quickly. Would recommend. I've bought new blinds twice now from this company and never had any issues so far. Well done shades blinds!
Lots of mess left by fitter. And one of the blinds (bathroom) is not weighted properly at the base ...it's hanging out at one side and now stuck with glue.

I feel your follow up customer service is very poor. i contacted *** to advise i was unhappy about one blind which was not split in the middle , and was advised there would be an additional charge of £*** to have this done which i felt was very unreasonable given that when the sales person called as was in an extreme rush to go to his next job st 6pm we felt under pressure to go with his recommendation onto not split the smaller window blind, he also advised the ship quote of £*** for the 3+ 1free blind would now be £*** due to the size of the windows despite us giving the exact sizes in the shop and quoted £***,He also advised that the colours we chose in the shop some were discontinued and we’d have to choose alternatives BUT AT NO POINT did he advise the cost of the other fabrics were more expensive and gave us a very small limited selection to choose from ,therefore we assumed they were from the £*** range and the extra cost he now quoted of £*** was because an extension was required due to the width of the windows,HOWEVER your CS adviser is now telling me i already got a discount because we chose a more expensive fabric when we were not made aware AT ANYTIME this was the case, we were clear in the shop we had a very limited budget and needed to stick to this and were very reluctant to even pay the extra up to £*** and would not have selected a more expensive fabric under any circs as we needed to keep costs down to a minimal ! your CS ‘Supervisor’ *** was unhelpful brusque and rude as she kept saying let me finish and wouldn’t let me finish either ! i have no alternative but now to place a very bad review on facebook and twitter because of this and all this could have been avoided if you had reduced the cost to amend the blind to a split blind for a reasonable charge of £*** which we would have accepted rather than £*** or as *** offered to go to your warehouse in Cumbernaukd leave the blind and return next day and you would do it at a cost of £*** BUT the cost if travelling there & back twice defeats the purpose- I’m soo disappointed with your service and will not be recommending to work colleagues who work in the offices in livingston next door to your shop therefore a loss of potential business nor will i recommend to family or friends despite a very pleasant experience with your sales person in the livingston shop - soo disappointed for the sum of £*** and i would have paid £*** so in fact we are talking £***!!!
