Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Samurai Snow! ***n was so helpful throughout the process of us booking our first ski holiday in Niseko, Japan. He answered our myriad of questions and provided a number of options to suit our family. The entire booking process has been seamless, and I have already shared Samurai Snow's details with family members who are travelling later in the year.

My daughter used Kelvin at Samurai Snow to book her first ski trip with friends to Nozowa in 2023. I was so impressed with the service Kelvin provided to my daughter that I have now used them for a trip to Niseko in 2024 for 6 people (including my daughter again). I cannot recommend Kelvin and the team at Samurai Snow highly enough. They are helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I'll be using them again and again!!!!
