Fitting service on the day were very good and helpful. The difficulties arose with the order because the sales team did not seem familiar with the details of how the dosage would be delivered and fixed. Several times they had to go away and consult over issues we would have expected they should be able to advise us on.

We are delighted that the installation was to your satisfaction. Unfortunately we were getting mixed responses from Burton due to a change of contact there giving us coinflicting answers.
