The fabric I received is excellent, I am extremely happy with that. I would have given 5 stars.

However, the delivery was poor. I received emails from Nacex delivery service to advise that my parcel was ready for collection, which it was not. A second email also advised that it was available, which was incorrect. It was not until my third visit to the collection point that it was available. The emails do not give the correct information, only by clicking on tracking do you get the correct status.

Nacex give a very poor service in this area. Is there another delivery service you can offer?

I ordered two fabrics that were 1.2 meters and 5 meters long. One of them was 20 cm shorter. I was disappointed
