it is not clear at the desk when you arrive that you have to take a ticket with a number on , a clear sign would help in Spanish and English. also the ticket machine has 4 options all in Spanish it would be helpful to have it in English aswell so that you know which one you have to take
The ordering processes is not clear enough after my booking my rental car, I was charged not only for the offer price but also there was a second charge to my credit card that I was not aware. Furthermore when I contacted the customer service I was told to send an email to the resolution of the second charge which I am still waiting for the response. I would not recommend recordgo based on this experience.
This was a very smooth transactions with no problems at all I would recommend thanks record for a good priced no hassle car rental service.

First car broke down after 2 days took 4 hours to replace
Then new car broke down 5 days later on my way to airport phoned them told me to leave car and get taxi to airport that cost €*** no refund on that and still waiting for petrol to go back in bank when got to airport with key told don’t have that kind of car again Rubbish
