I have only reserved a car. I also called your service for information and everything was ok. I hope that when I'll go to Palma everything will be ok too.

Booking number indicates pick up time of 12h30 including Flight details

On Wednesday, 4th October our flight *** arrived into Ibiza Airport at just after 12h00 midnight. We pre-booked x 2 hire cars, we were informed that a representative would be waiting for us a party of 8 persons were travelling including my elderly mother, it was arranged that a Representative would be present at the Airport to take us to the office to collect the two x hire vehicles, we did not see a representative from Record Go at the Airport.

As we were a large party we were concerned about the lack of Representative at the Airport and we were particularly worried as we were travelling with my elderly mother. My niece and my partner, *** took a taxi from the Airport to the offices at Record Go, whilst some of the group stayed at Ibiza Airport searching for a Representative from Record Go.
On arrival at the offices of Record Go at 12h30 prompt the lights were on in the office and a Representative waved at us to go away and refused to allow us into the building promptly closing the gates. We were frustrated at this behaviour as the Record Go Representative chose to ignore us aware that we would have been the party of wanting to hire the vehicles that we had pre-booked.
Consequently, the early hours of the morning we had to take a two taxis to our accommodation in Talmanca.
The following morning we then had to take a taxi to collect the two hire vehicles we had booked.
This has left us out of pocket and monies that we did not account for to the sum of Euro ***.
(One Taxi to Airport : Euro *** / Two Taxi to Accommodation : Euro *** / One Taxi to Record Go Offices : Euro ***)

Total Cost of Hire Vehicles :

We would appreciate an investigation and refund of the Taxi Transportation that we had to incur.

The order procedure was very easy to use and at this point i can quite easily recommend your servises.
I do not like that drivers just above 69 has to pay more,but I think you could highlight it on your page more than you do now so that we do not oversee it. I did it twice
