I have just returned from Holiday to find out that the cartridge was 3 days late regarding delivery and the cartridge leaked during transit, I have photos if the damage if required. we must have lost over half the toner within the box

First order was cancelled without letting me know. Only found out because I called you to say it hadnt arrived. Had to call several times as nobody answered the phone and wasnt an option to leave a message. I then re-ordered and was told it would be delivered the next day but it has taken nearly 7 days! Customer service is shocking and will not be ordering from you again.

Have waited nearly 2 weeks for the goods. Rang to chase and was advised that they'd look into it and get back to me the same day. 2 days, 2 voicemails and one email later I am still none the wiser and still without the toner.

Good products, well priced, good service.

Usually I do not write extremely bad reviews but this time I feel I have no choice as I cannot communicate properly with the company:

Their service is extremly bad. I ordered cartridges (>£***) on the 6th of June. 2 weeks later the courier company told me they could not deliver my parcel because the invoice had an issue to go through Swiss customs and it will be returned to Quality Cartridge !

Finally, I did not get my cartridges and they have not refunded me yet. I was told that I will get a full refund over the phone but since I did not receive anything. I tried to call them many times but usually they do not answer their phone and they do not reply to their emails !

Overall, I would not advise to deal with this company.
