I ordered through a English website in the UK. The items were classed as `made in Spain`, It was not mentioned that items were coming directly from Spain and that items not fitting would have to be returned to Spain at the buyer`s cost. Had I known that I would not have ordered. It has cost me £*** to receive an order that was too small. To return to your warehouse has cost an additional £*** . Your national carrier attempted to deliver the return on 23.3.26 at 1.45pm but the warehouse was closed. They left instructions on how Pisamonas should contact them. I have no idea at this point whether the return has been followed up on and whether any refund will be made, I feel very disappointed and uninformed not knowing whether the staff members at your depot reach out to attempt to access undelivered items. Your customer service team do not update with returns information and advise customers should simply wait 14 days. I feel the returns costs and procedure should have been made clear before ordering. The website does not make returns information easy to navigate. My email to customer services was answered in Spanish, I don`t speak Spanish. It would be a courtesy to answer requests in English from English customers. I would not order again under any circumstances due to the high cost of returns should items not fit. If I could have rated 0 stars I would have but that was not possible.
