Delivery was not very well updated and arrived without being notified it was being delivered the day before specified in earlier emails. It was given to a neighbour who kindly accepted it for me as I was not at home. The van had no company name displayed.
Have not had any delivery issues with any previous orders but a bit concerned now for future orders placed.

Excellent quality and my sandals fit like a glove. Packaging was great quality and packed with care.
I'm a huge fan of the company. I got lots of shoes over the years on holiday in Spain. I would love a few uk stores near me.

I don’t think you need to improve anything . Amazing product the leather is soft the sandles were well made . I’ve bought lots of Pikolino products and they last for years n.

The carrier allowed the packaging to be broken open
This was an unpleasant way to receive a lovely product and caused me concern when returning a broken box which was not of my making
I would consider changing carriers for a more caring organisation

The shoes are lovely, (aranjuez fisherman's sandals) very comfortable. Only problem is the fastening straps could do with being a bit longer, they have a tendency to pop undone.

I also am not impressed with your courier FedEx, my package sat in a warehouse for five days after the expected delivery date before eventually arriving. I'm in Ireland and the ordinary postal service would have been faster than this.
