I love the design and confort of Pikolinos shoes but lately, I feel the quality of the leather is not as strong. In my last purchase, the leather looked as if the shoes were of cheap quality. The same with the last sandals that I have just returned.

I ordered the size 6 - 6.5 but I really need a size 6.5 -7 which isn't available. I was very disappointed that the shoes were too small.

Your shoes are absolutely fine - I've bought many pairs over the years. This latest order was no exception - once it arrived! As you will see from our previous communications over the last couple of weeks or so, the delivery was chaotic. First it didn't arrive at all due to some confusion at UPS, who returned it to you claiming they didn't have the right documentation. I re-ordered and at first UPS again came up with the same problem about customs clearance but it eventually arrived today, although without any prior notification.
Apart from that, your Customer Support agent (Merche P?)whom I dealt with was excellent, kept me informed and obviously managed to get UPS sorted out in the end.
