My size was out of stock both in store and on line for some time . I chose delivery because I thought it would be quicker and there was no provision to order and collect in store. Delivery took a few days longer than anticipated , so quite slow getiing the shoe I wanted in the end.

I love pikolinos sandals and boots also have trainers and they are all so comfortable

The experience was good, although I have to return the shoes as they are too big for me. They were beautiful shoes, I really liked them and they were ideal for my needs. I do however feel that the size down will be too small on one of my feet
