Hi, the last order i got the package was broken, so the kegs had fallen out. I se some damage on the kegs but i hope that they still are funktional. Please pack the kegs in a stronger package next time.

Very fast deliveries and communication. However the 2 latest deliveries, the boxes was in such a bad condition that *** had put a lot of tape on them and it is almost impossible to use them for return of emty barrels.

The package is too fragile. The packaging is really broken upon arrival and I need to spend money to repair it.

We apologize greatly for the inconvenience. Are the barrels intact? If you encounter any issues, simply send us a video about it, and from there we will see how to proceed.

Furthermore, yo do not need to send empty kegs in the same package you receveived them in. Any carton box where three empty kegs fit comfortably is ok.
