Please improve the emballage. it almost doesn't hold together. almost always broken upon delivery

The cardboard boxes used for shipping are TERRIBLE. Not a single one arrives to my doorstep undamaged, and the last one had completely unraveled.

Most of them tear open due to the weight, and on multiple occasions I have had to go WELL out of my way to a postal hub to pick it up from there because they refused to deliver it due to its advanced damaged state.

You MUST either begin using sturdier boxes, OR have your packaging crew wrap multiple bands of packaging tape around the central part of the box, to reinforce it. In my experience whenever one of your crew has done this it has helped tremendously with the package's integrity.

Please please please make this change.
