Used panamoz a few times now to buy cameras. Never had any need to communicate with them tbh, just bought stuff from the website, it arrives in a timely manner and the price is way cheaper than UK official prices + stuff also comes with a 3 year warranty which is usually better than the actual brands offer !

Can’t fault it so far, however I’ve never had any faults or need to use the warranty so I can’t comment on that side of things.
