This is my 5th purchase from Panamoz and they were all very straight forward. Delivery not as fast as prime dealers, but at a very significant discount!

I had a minor problem with the battery compartment cover which broke and needed replacing. It was a bit of a hassle packing it and sending to a repairer. However, Panamoz were as good as their promise and paid me to cover the repair cost. Communication was excellent throughout. Panamoz did offer a full refund if I wanted it And I saved a lot of money by buying from Panamoz rather than from a UK chain. It was the only way I could afford such a camera.

I have recommended Panamoz to others and will continue to do so.

I cannot fault anything my Nikon Z6 3 arrived in five days and that include a weekend .Cannot recommend Panamoz enough.
