Great service from pack and go. *** was brilliant from the start, very informative and provided lots of information before and after confirming the booking.
It was great to know that everything was sorted for us on the safari and for a reasonable price.
The only thing that would have been good to know was that the flight with 748 to and from the safari is not direct. On the way we made 1 stop which was fine but on return we made a total 6 stops I belive one of which was to refuel which meant out flight time went from 45mins to 2.5hrs. The flight was also moved last minute to 2 hours earlier which meant we would not have been able to do a morning safari. However Emma let us know and called the hotel ASAP.
Overall cannot fault Emma at Pack and Go. Thanks for an amazing experience.
