Pallet literally dumped outside my house in the road not even near my house blocking neighbours drive. I also Booked day off work no one even knocked And slide didn't even come ??? Awesome service
The worst company for customer service! Do not buy from this company!! After waiting 10 weeks we recieved our swing with missing parts! 2 weeks later parts were sent with bits still missing!
Customer service is atrocious. I placed an order 23/4/20 and while i appreciate these are busy times, it is unacceptable that the order still hasn't been delivered on 26/6/20.

NO response from customer service for 8 weeks. No refund or replacement offered - just a piece of wood

Took a while for order to ship understandably but arrived in good condition and only took me about 6hrs to build. Frame is the smart zone. Cant fault anything we are delighted with the product

Very satisfied with our Smart Fort. Delievery was only 4 working days late so no issue at all. Dad is a joiner so had it up within 8 hours. Wood is of amazing quality and great value for money.
Spent a lot of money on a storm flyer climbing frame. When delivered so many pieces of wood were split, almost in half, and totally unusable
13.02.2020 I created an order. It's been exactly after 2 month I still haven't received and send email.
Always responding to the email without delivery time Nobody takes phones. I cancel the order
After many calls and emails of complains - we’re still missing correct parts. Service doesn’t reply to emails and incompetent people on the phone who cannot arrange anything.
